The aim of MAXXelle is always to guarantee complete customer satisfaction, for each purchase made. Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Website within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from date of receipt of the order.
Once MAXXelle receives the goods and checks the perfect integrity of the products, the aforementioned company will make the refund within and no later than 30 days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer has to send within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products an email to the following address: email@example.com, a communication containing:
- the indication of the Products for which the Customer wants to make use of the right of withdrawal;
- the order number to be refunded;
- the data relating to the Customer’s bank account, exclusively in the event that the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for sealed products which are not replaced for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and which have been opened after delivery.
Therefore, the returned products must be:
- correctly packed in their original packaging
- in perfect state of resale (not damaged or dirty) and equipped with all the accessories, instructions for use and documentation.
Once MAXXelle receives the goods and checks the perfect integrity of the same, the aforementioned company will make the refund within and no later than 30 days.
For the return and shipping of the product, the customer is free to use a carrier of his choice, and will bear the shipping costs. The customer has to make this shipment within fourteen working days from the date on which he has sent the communication to exercise the right of withdrawal, and send the goods to:

The shipping costs for the return of the products and the responsibility of the goods, for damage, theft and loss during shipment are charged to the customer, as required by law.
In case of transport damage occurred during the return, MAXXelle will provide a communication to the customer within five working days of receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint to the courier used for transportation.
The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be cancelled at the same time.
In the event of a mistake in the order or shipping, it is possible to request a change or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
If the product received does not correspond to the ordered one, it is possible to request a free exchange with the desired product, or another one of the same amount.
The product wrongly sent will be collected at the expense of MAXXelle by the transport company in charge.
The customer has to make a request by email at firstname.lastname@example.org prepare the products to be returned in a package, intact and well packed, and indicate:
- the place of collection of the products to be returned
- date and time slot (at least 3 hours) of the collection
Please note that the collection can only be scheduled once. In case of collection without success, the shipment for the return of the goods will be charged to the customer.
If the product received is damaged or defective (eg broken bottle and spilled product), you can ask for a new free shipment of the same product, or other with a similar amount. Photographic evidence of damage for insurance purposes will be required. Partial refunds or discount vouchers may also be offered.
In case of refusal at the time of delivery for an order successfully completed and already paid, the refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs (going & return).
MAXXelle does not grant refunds or replacements for products that have caused an allergic reaction. If the Customer experiences an allergic reaction from the use of the product, we invite him to immediately stop using it.
MAXXelle is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by products as the Customer should be aware of the products or ingredients to which he is allergic.
